Abstract Notification Dates

Notification Schedule:
Confirmation of submission emails and receipts are sent to the submitter only. Notification emails will be sent to the presenting author only (not the submitting author). It is the presenter’s responsibility to share the notification email information with the other authors on the abstract. Please add abstracts@ascb.org to your address book and “whitelist” to ensure you receive email notifications from the organizers.
- If you submit an abstract by August 1 (Click here for a description of available presentation formats):
- If you are selected to present in a Minisymposium, we will email you by August 31.
- If you are selected to present in a Microsymposium, we will email you by September 21.
- If you are selected to present a poster, we will email your abstract acceptance by September 28, and will send another email with your poster presentation date, time, and board number in early November.
- If you submit an abstract by September 4 (Poster Only Deadline):
- If you are selected to present a poster, we will email your abstract acceptance by September 28, and will send another email with your poster presentation date, time, and board number in early November.
- If you submit an abstract by October 10 (Poster Only Deadline):
- If you are selected to present a poster, we will email your abstract acceptance by October 26, and will send another email with your poster presentation date, time, and board number in early November.

Attend the 2018 Doorstep Meeting: Beyond Homeostasis: Stem Cells Under Stress on Saturday, December 8 from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and attend the Keynote by Sean Morrison immediately following.
The daylong meeting will provide an overview of stem cell biology as it pertains to cell biology research and tissue regeneration, illustrate how studies of the cell provide insights into stem cell research, and encourage stem cell researchers to consider cell biology in their research.
